Sludge concentrated tank scraper is suit for water supply project, waste water treatment project and reclaimed water reuse project. With scraper, the tank combined clarification and concentration together. There two types of scraper: central drive type and peripheral drive type. Central drive scraper takes centre concrete supporting as its center, and takes driving arm as its radii, rotates with a pulley around the steel rail on the wall. Drove by driving mechanism (tooth rack and gear wheel), central platform, central rotating barrel, pulling yoke, master and assistant harrow, scraper plate will gather the sludge at the bottom of the tank to a sludge collecting cannel. The sludge will vent automatically by the function of gravity. Raw water injected through a cannel on the top of the tank. Sludge will be drove and move to the side of the bottom radially. The clarification cannel will collect the supernatant. When there too much sludge at the bottom, pulling yoke will lift the whole arm along the central barrel and prevent overloading fault.
The scraper consists of driving system, cannel supporting, driving shaft supporting, lifting part, collector ring, central rotating barrel, central pulling supporting, scraper plate, sludge collecting cannel, plate, dragging rod, master harrow, assistant harrow and central rotating supporting base. Peripheral drive scraper takes central supporting base as its centre. There could single or double scraper arm rotating around the wall of the tank. The driving mechanism is located at the side of the scraper arm. The bottom of the tank is a concavity and there is a sludge collecting cannel too. Sludge is vent by the pressure of the water in the tank. Treatment capacity is 10 to 500 cubic meters per hour. The dimension of the tank is from 5 to 50 meters. The suspension solids density of the effluent is smaller than 5 milligram per cubic meter. Sand density of the vent sludge is smaller than 500kg per cubic meter.
