Scope of usage:
Petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, power plant, smelt, light industry, textile industry etc. It plays an assistant filtration role such as for surface water and municipal tap water treatment.
Tap water flows into filter from up to down through dispensing tank. When suspending solids filtered by cushion courses, had loss of the filtering layer raised and siphon went up. Water level of the flush tube raised and flowed into the water ejector located in siphon assistant tube. Air will be taken away due to water effect which causes a negative pressure. When the negative pressure value reaches a set value, siphon will be caused and water will be recycled by back wash water from down to up. Because the filtering layers will be back flushed continuously, water level of the tank will fall down and siphon will be disturbed which means back wash finished. The filtration process runs again after backwash.
The whole system needs no valve or control instrumentations, skillfully by using siphon theory, the system will automatically running without any operator. Compared to other filters, it has more advantages such as low power consumption, low running cost, safe and reliable, easy to control. The system consists of dispending tank, filter, U type water inlet tube, water discharge tank etc. Compact structure makes easy assembling. Only to prepare the base for the system and connect inlet and outlet tubes, users can run the system easily. Usually, the main body of the system is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics which are anticorrosive and high precision as well as easy assembling.
1. For water works, suspending solids of inlet water should blow 15mg/l and effluent could be ensured lower than 3mg/l.
2. For assistant filtration, suspending solids of inlet water usually controlled around 30~50mg/l and effluent will below 5mg/l.
3. For dosing of coagulant treatment, suspending solids of inlet water will be around 100~200mg/l and effluent will below 5mg/l.
